This role will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to deliver tailored vehicle solutions that meet client needs while supporting business growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in
technical sales support, solution development, and project coordination
, ensuring that our commercial vehicle solutions remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings and support the
- pre-sales and sales processes
- .
- Support the
- sales team
- in developing proposals and expanding the commercial customer base.
- Review and respond to
- RFPs, RFQs, and technical tender documents
- .
- Collaborate with
- Product, Engineering, Sales, Aftersales, and Pricing teams
- to design customized solutions.
- Prepare and present
- technical proposals, documentation, and solution presentations
- .
- Ensure all proposed solutions comply with
- quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- .
- Coordinate with
- vehicle modification partners, body builders, and third-party suppliers
- when needed.
- Participate in project kick-offs and ensure proper technical alignment during project implementation.
- Stay up to date with
- market trends, engineering developments, and commercial vehicle solutions
- .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Engineering
(Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
Experience
- **8+ years of experience**
- in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or solution engineering.
- Strong experience within the
- Commercial Vehicle industry
- .
- Proven experience managing
- large-scale projects and cross-functional sales initiatives
- .

- Strong
- technical communication and presentation skills
- .
- Ability to develop
- technical proposals and documentation
- .
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
