Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
- Generate leads and secure new clients to increase company revenue.
- Develop and implement commercial sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for key accounts.
- Handle client negotiations and commercial discussions professionally.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare commercial reports for management.
- Develop revenue growth plans and strategic expansion initiatives.
Coordination & Internal Support
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding manpower requirements and service delivery.
- Work closely with HR, finance, and operations departments to support client needs.
- Support management in strategic business decisions and expansion plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
