Responsibilities
- Generate and manage commercial sales, identifying new business opportunities with gyms, corporate clients, and institutions
- Nurture existing accounts to drive revenue growth
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Negotiate terms and oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent client experience
- Track sales performance, provide market feedback, and contribute to sales forecasts and business planning
Requirements
- Strong sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, and closing commercial deals
- Customer service and account management skills
- Experience with insurance or corporate procurement processes for commercial clients
- Business planning skills including forecasting and pipeline management
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in fitness equipment, retail, or related industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
