As a commercial roof technician, your primary goal is being involved in all aspects of the roofing trade, from tear-off to repair and maintenance. Primary roofing systems installed include TPO, PVC, and EPDM. Your role includes:
• Teamwork: Working with crew members to remove and install commercial roofing systems in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure projects are completed according to D. C. Taylor Co. policy under the direction of your supervisor.
• Safety: Inspect safety equipment daily and ensure all company equipment is in safe working conditions. Follow all safety procedures and policies established by D. C. Taylor Co. at all times.
• Operations: Assist with good housekeeping practice on the roof and staging roof areas with equipment and required materials. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss job site safety, project progress, and
schedule.
