Role Overview
- We are hiring a Law Clerk (Commercial Real Estate / Energy) to work on a Contractor basis, reviewing legal documents for power generation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze commercial real estate documents, site control agreements, and title records for power generation projects.
- Extract and structure key data points, with a focus on land use rights and ownership verification.
- Identify, document, and categorize evidence based legal findings to support model training and evaluation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data extraction to maintain high standards for AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine legal frameworks used in AI model development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
