- Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate suitable commercial properties
- Manage end to end leasing process including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers
- Prepare market analysis, reports, and presentations on market trends and investment opportunities
- Guide clients on financial considerations including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
- In depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals
- Analytical mindset to interpret market data and financial reports
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms
- Strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding client service
