Role Overview
Multiscale Aluminum and Metal Industries is seeking a Commercial / Quantity Surveying Professional.
All experience levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up and coordinate progressive payment applications with clients and consultants.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on variation claims and approvals.
- Manage final accounts, negotiation, reconciliation, and closure.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on commercial matters.
- Review contractual and commercial requirements and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with project and finance teams to ensure timely commercial settlements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is essential.
- Fluent Arabic, spoken and written.
- No prior experience is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to deal confidently with clients, consultants, and project teams.
