- Negotiate commercial property transactions and close deals successfully
- Stay updated on Dubai's commercial real estate market, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate within the Dubai market
- Strong knowledge of commercial property sales and leasing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target driven with a proven ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English. Additional languages are an advantage
- UAE driving licence is preferred
