- Lead the full commercial lifecycle from lead generation through proposal development, negotiation, contract award, and operational handover
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities across logistics, healthcare, maritime, government, and infrastructure sectors
- Serve as primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers, managing communications, renewals, and growth
- Develop high quality proposals, business cases, and pricing models for drone services
- Coordinate cross functional responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and government procurement opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial management, business development, or sales within logistics, aviation, or drone services
- Strong understanding of drone logistics and aerial services
- Experience in proposal development and pricing models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Summary
- The Drone Services Commercial Manager will drive commercial growth of LODD's drone logistics and aerial services business across UAE and international markets.
- The role combines business development, account management, proposal development, commercial analysis, and customer growth.
- The individual will develop customer focused solutions, convert pilot projects into long term contracts, and support growth of LODD's Aviation Services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full commercial lifecycle from lead generation through proposal development, commercial negotiation, contract award, and operational handover.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities across logistics, healthcare, maritime, government, and infrastructure sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with LODD's Aviation Services strategy.
- Develop account growth plans for strategic customers and represent LODD at industry events.
- Serve as primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers, managing communications, renewals, and growth.
- Develop high quality proposals, business cases, and pricing models for drone services opportunities.
- Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and government procurement opportunities.
- Coordinate inputs from Flight Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
- Support transition from contract award to operational launch.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
