Commercial Operations Manager

Tasks

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer rollout playbooks, from onboarding to ongoing value delivery
• Build and curate our internal knowledge base, capturing insights and best practices from customer engagements
• Establish repeatable processes, templates, and workflows that drive operational excellence
• Track and coordinate cross-functional workstreams so nothing falls through the cracks
• Distil patterns across engagements into structured recommendations that improve future rollouts
• Support the co-founders with operational, finance-related, and other priorities critical to a scaling startup

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations, project management, knowledge management, or a similar structure-bringing role
• Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail, without losing the bigger picture
• Strong written communication — you document processes clearly and concisely
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Comfort working across teams and seniority levels, including with founders
• German language is a plus
