Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shared service operations.
  • Coordinate regional business development.
  • Prepare budgets, Board papers, and KPI reports.
  • Coordinate treasury and banking activities.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance.
  • Support Executive Director in implementing Board decisions.
  • Manage cross company service agreements.
  • Contract administration.
  • Proposal and quotation management.
  • Vendor/freelancer management.
  • Delivery coordination.
  • Customer invoicing support.

Experience & Qualification

  • 3+ years in commercial operations, BPO, or project coordination.
  • CA Inter, MBA with Accounting, or similar qualification.

Salary

  • 2.00 to 2.25K AED per month.
