Responsibilities
- Manage shared service operations
- Coordinate regional business development
- Prepare budgets, Board papers, and KPI reports
- Coordinate treasury and banking activities
- Oversee regulatory compliance with support from Nominee Director
- Support Executive Director in implementing Board decisions
- Manage cross company service agreements and contract administration
- Proposal and quotation management
- Vendor/freelancer management
- Delivery coordination and customer invoicing support
- Funds planning, cashflow projections, payments and receipts coordination
- Audit coordination and MIS reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years in commercial operations, BPO, or project coordination
- CA Inter, MBA with Accounting, or similar qualification
