Role Description
The Commercial Operations Manager is a part-time, remote role overseeing commercial and operational activities that support client engagements and internal efficiency.
The role coordinates accounting and bookkeeping workflows, monitors service delivery, and improves processes for quality and cost-effective operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyse operational data, track key performance indicators, and identify improvements in resource allocation and client service.
- Supervise team members, support communication between clients and internal teams, and contribute to operational policies and best practices.
- Coordinate workflows across accounting and bookkeeping teams and monitor delivery against agreed timelines.
