Role Overview
The Commercial Manager manages day-to-day commercial and contractual administration for an assigned infrastructure or utility package.
The role is based at a project site in Riyadh as part of construction supervision services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day commercial and contractual administration for the assigned scope.
- Review contractor valuations, variations, and cost reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Support contract administration, including correspondence and change management.
- Coordinate with the Senior Cost Manager or Commercial Director on commercial risk.
- Manage commercial administration across multiple work packages on large-scale developments.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification.
- At least 10 years of overall relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles or projects.
- At least 5 years of regional experience in the Middle East.
- Regional experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC on infrastructure or utility projects.
- Fluent spoken, read, and written English.
Location and Work Setting
- The position is located at a project site in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The work supports construction supervision services for infrastructure and utility works.
