About the Role
SARsatX seeks a Commercial Manager to translate leadership vision into operational execution within the Sales and Business Development department. The role manages the sales pipeline, CRM data integrity, and creates commercial proposals and client presentations.

Responsibilities
- Act as primary owner for all sales funnel activities within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a rigorous tracker for all clients and leads, identifying owner for each opportunity
- Implement and manage consistent follow up processes to ensure no lead is neglected
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly summary reports to leadership
- Draft comprehensive techno commercial proposals from scratch
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to gather data for proposals
- Create high impact go to market presentations and client specific pitches
- Draft commercial agreements and contracts based on leadership directives
- Attend client meetings as a company representative
- Take detailed minutes of meetings and ensure follow ups are updated in CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial operations, contract management, business development, or similar sales support role
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Solid understanding of commercial contract structures
- Strong skills in data tracking, reporting, and synthesizing complex information

Role Overview
- The Commercial Manager translates vision and directives from leadership team and the operational execution as a part of the Sales and Business Development department, reporting to the VP, Business Development and Technical Solutions.
Sales Funnel & CRM Management
- Act as the primary owner for all sales funnel activities within the CRM system, ensuring 100% data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a rigorous tracker for all clients and leads, identifying the owner for each opportunity and monitoring all pending actions.
- Implement and manage consistent follow up processes to ensure no lead or client opportunity is neglected.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly summary reports/reviews to the leadership team.
Proposal & Presentation Development
- Draft and put together comprehensive techno commercial proposals from scratch.
- Collaborate with teams (technical, marketing, etc.) to gather necessary data.
- Translate leadership directives into persuasive commercial documents.
- Create high impact go to market presentations, client specific pitches, and sales decks.
- Put together costings from related internal teams or providers/partners.
Commercial Contracts & Client Engagement
- Draft commercial agreements and contracts based on leadership directives.
- Attend client meetings as a representative of the company.
- Take detailed minutes of meetings, documenting action points.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
Requirements & Qualifications
