- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Identify new market opportunities and stay up to date on market trends
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Ensure CRM and reporting tools are updated accurately and timely
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions
- Handle high value client negotiations and close key deals personally when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in commercial real estate with a strong network of clients and brokers in Riyadh
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market and customer preferences
