The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and stay up to date on market trends.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure CRM and reporting tools are updated accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.
  • Handle high value client negotiations and close key deals personally when required.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Wiyyana

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in commercial real estate with a strong network of clients and brokers in Riyadh.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market and customer preferences.
