Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, and supplier negotiations.
• Build supplier and strategic partner relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee procurement budgets, cost optimization, and savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and contractual requirements.
• Manage supplier and commercial agreement risk assessments.
• Prepare commercial reports, procurement dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate contract administration and renewal activities.
• Support cross-functional procurement and commercial operations projects.
• Promote efficiency, transparency, and best practices across procurement processes.
• Mentor team members and support capability development where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in commercial management, procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of procurement and commercial principles.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, or procurement platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with contract management, supplier performance management, tendering, or sourcing strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• UAE or GCC commercial or procurement experience is advantageous but not required.
• Relevant CIPS or procurement certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
