Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee commercial reporting, cost planning, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and Earned Value Analysis.
• Administer FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke contracts while ensuring contractual and KSA procurement compliance.
• Identify contractual and financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead assessment, negotiation, and resolution of variations, change orders, and potential disputes.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for clients, government authorities, and major subcontractors.
• Mentor and lead Quantity Surveyors and Cost Engineers and drive value optimization.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of progressive commercial management experience on large-scale global engineering or mega-construction projects.
• Middle East or GCC experience and strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and Vision 2030 project dynamics are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is required.
• Chartered Status such as MRICS, FRICS, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Expert-level FIDIC knowledge and experience with DB, DBB, and PMC delivery models are required.
• Exceptional English communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to C-suite leadership are required.
