  • Pure Dairy, a global dairy trading innovator, seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to drive commercial excellence across The Middle East.
  • You will build market leading positions through strategic sourcing, relationship development, and deal execution.

What are you going to do?

  • Source dairy raw materials from EU, establishing long term partnerships with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth logistics coordination.
  • Develop and grow Pure Dairy's B2B customer portfolio across the Middle East through proactive business development.
  • Establish inter company supply flows from USA, Europe, Oceania, and Latin America into your region.
  • Develop and execute medium to longer term market access strategies aligned with Pure Dairy's sustainable growth ambitions.
  • Manage portfolio of activity across domestic and international markets, ensuring buyer requirements align with manufacturer capabilities.
  • Plan, direct and review all costs associated with procurement, supply chain and service providers to ensure least cost delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis and reporting, identifying areas of economic and strategic value to the business.
  • Collaborate with the global logistics team to optimize product flow and supply chain efficiency.

Profile

  • Three to five years of international commodity trading experience, preferably in dairy or food sectors.
  • Degree qualification in International Commerce, Accounting, or Asian Studies preferred.
  • Strong financial and commercial skills with proven ability to manage budgets and margin improvement.
  • Experience sourcing and selling across multiple international markets.
  • Knowledge of dairy product portfolio including whey, cheese, milk powders and milk fats.
  • Demonstrated track record as a deal closer with ability to identify and execute business opportunities.
