Role Description
- As an Owner intern at ThinkMetal, you will support leadership in managing day to day operations and strategic initiatives for the company’s advanced manufacturing solutions.
- This internship role is on site and based in Chennai, requiring active involvement in coordination across product development, manufacturing, and business functions.
- You will assist in planning and tracking key projects, supporting decision making through data collection and analysis, and contributing to process improvements in operations and workflows.
- The role also involves participating in stakeholder meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and helping uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards in the facility.
Qualifications
- Interest in advanced manufacturing, materials science, mechanical engineering, or related technical domains.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support strategic and operational decision making.
- Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills to assist with projects and daily operations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort working on site in a technical environment and willingness to learn about metal AM systems and industrial workflows.
