Company Overview
We are a construction company involved in large-scale building projects in the UAE, including government and specialized developments.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle of construction projects (tendering, cost control, variations, and final accounts)
- Prepare and review BOQs, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Handle contract administration in accordance with FIDIC conditions
- Lead and manage claims (EOT, variations, and dispute resolution)
- Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and ensure profitability
- Lead and supervise Quantity Surveyors (QS team)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction commercial management
- Mandatory UAE or Middle East project experience
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Proven experience in claims and cost control
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government or institutional projects
- Background with international or large-scale contractors
- Demonstrated success in claims and dispute resolution

- Salary: AED 10,000 – 22,000 per month (depending on experience)
