Responsibilities
- Lead group level cashflow management, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor project profitability, commercial exposure, and financial performance
- Oversee commercial administration across projects and business units
- Support procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, and cost control initiatives
- Review contracts, variations, payment terms, and commercial correspondence
- Support dispute prevention, claims management, and contractual risk mitigation
- Identify and assess commercial, financial, operational, and legal risks across the business
- Improve use of Odoo ERP, Excel models, and management dashboards
Requirements
- 5–10+ years’ UAE experience in interior fit out / construction contracting
- Experience in commercial management / QS / cost control / finance roles
- Strong understanding of cashflow management and project controls
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Odoo ERP (preferred)

Overview
- Sabr Holdings is seeking a highly capable and commercially driven Commercial Manager to join our growing group of construction and support businesses in Abu Dhabi.
- This is a senior, hands on leadership role for someone who understands the realities of UAE contracting and can confidently manage the commercial engine of a multi entity group operating across interior fit out, joinery, MEP, construction support services, and related ventures.
- We are looking for a practical operator who combines strong financial discipline with commercial awareness, contractual understanding, and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead group level cashflow management, forecasting, and financial planning
- Maintain rolling cashflow projections across multiple entities and projects
- Monitor project profitability, commercial exposure, and financial performance
- Support strategic decision making through scenario modelling and risk analysis
- Ensure accurate reporting of liabilities, commitments, supplier exposure, and receivables
- Oversee commercial administration across projects and business units
- Support procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, and cost control initiatives
- Review contracts, variations, payment terms, and commercial correspondence
- Work closely with QS, finance, procurement, and operations teams to improve outcomes
- Support dispute prevention, claims management, and contractual risk mitigation
- Identify and assess commercial, financial, operational, and legal risks across the business
- Develop mitigation strategies and reporting frameworks
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10+ years’ UAE experience in interior fit out / construction contracting
- Commercial management / QS / cost control / finance roles
- Strong understanding of cashflow management and project controls
- Procurement and contract administration
- UAE construction industry practices
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Odoo ERP (preferred)
