Role overview
Lead commercial strategy and execution for a hotel across multiple revenue streams.
Drive memorable guest experiences while improving commercial performance and market share.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategies for group, conference and events, rooms, food and beverage, leisure, and spa revenue.
- Partner with General Managers and Finance on revenue, cost of sales, profitability, and margin decisions.
- Oversee pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews.
- Coordinate sales, marketing, e-commerce, and public relations activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and adjust strategy to changing conditions.
- Build relationships with owners, operators, Hilton teams, and external partners.
- Develop a high-performing team through engagement, performance management, development, and recognition.
