Commercial Manager

The Ice House runs two premium contrast therapy studios in Dubai, in DIFC and Meadows.

We have a strong product, a loyal client base and an experienced team.

What we don't yet have is one person, other than the founders, who owns the commercial result.

You will run the studios as a P&L, set and enforce the sales targets, source the partnerships and marketing that fill the schedule, and lead a team of four studio managers to deliver it.

This is not an administrative role.

You will be measured on revenue and profit, not on activity.

What you will own

• The monthly P&L for both studios — revenue, direct costs, staffing, consumables, marketing spend plus the cash flow forecast and a monthly commercial pack for the founders
• Sales targets and KPIs: propose them, break them down per studio and per manager, then run a weekly commercial review and intervene when numbers slip
• Marketing and partnerships: own our Meta ads agency relationship against CPL and CPA targets, own the marketing calendar, and source and negotiate partnerships with corporate wellness programmes, hotels, gyms and event partners
• Your team: one-to-ones, individual goals, the bonus scheme, performance reviews, and weekly sales training and role-play
• Operating standards: write them, train them, test them, then control compliance through shift checklists, spot checks and a monthly summary to the founders
• AI and automation: identify repetitive work across bookings, client communication, reporting and win-back, and automate it where the payback is clear

What we're looking for

You have personally owned a service business P&L and were accountable for the profit number

• You have managed, trained and held a team accountable: set targets, run reviews, given feedback
• You are fluent in marketing: you have run various channels, measured cost per acquisition, and adapted to best business benefit
• You build systems: SOPs, dashboards, reporting rhythms, automations

Helpful but not essential: experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality or premium consumer services in the UAE; an existing B2B network in Dubai; fluency in Russian or Arabic.

The details

Reports to the CEO and co-founder.

Four studio managers report to you.

Six-month project contract converting to full-time subject to a KPI review at month five.

On site across both Dubai studios, with hybrid flexibility in some periods and occasional weekend presence.

Expected Start date:

competitive base, plus an uncapped performance bonus paid against profit.
