The role is Commercial Manager for Nova Assessments, a psychometric assessment platform designed for the GCC market.

Nova includes GCC normative data, BPS-aligned methodology, in-Kingdom data residency under Saudi PDPL, and AI-enabled assessment and coaching tools.

This revenue-carrying commercial leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director.

Own Nova's commercial performance end to end across direct enterprise and government sales, partner channels, and practitioner certification.
Own signed contracts, collected revenue, and multi-year account renewals across Saudi ministries, giga-projects, and large enterprises.
Build and convert a robust pipeline across enterprise, government, and giga-project accounts.
Lead consultative sales cycles with CHROs, HR directors, and talent leaders to secure multi-year agreements.
Recruit and manage certified partners while protecting channel economics.
Convert certified practitioners into organizational clients and own onboarding, adoption, and retention.
Maintain pricing discipline and oversee commercial governance.
Prepare commercial performance reporting for leadership and the board.
