Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets across assigned territories
- Lead and manage distributor relationships to ensure strong execution of sales and distribution plans
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen channel coverage
- Drive annual business planning, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning
- Review business performance regularly and implement corrective actions to deliver agreed KPIs
- Lead commercial negotiations and support strategic customer development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong track record in regional commercial management
- Proven experience managing distributors across GCC and/or Levant markets
- Strong understanding of modern trade, traditional trade, and route to market strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial growth strategies across multiple countries
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Willing to be based in United Arab Emirates (UAE)

- Nabati is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager / Commercial Lead to lead and accelerate business growth across UAE, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, and the Levant region.
- This role is responsible for developing commercial strategies, managing distributor partnerships, and driving sustainable sales performance across the assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
