Commercial Landscape Estimator / Project Manager

Requirements

• Strong commercial landscaping knowledge
• Estimating and/or project management experience highly regarded
• The ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and tender documentation
• An understanding of labour, materials, subcontractors and project costs
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to build relationships with builders, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
• Competence with Microsoft Office and relevant estimating/project software
• Landscape, horticulture or construction-related qualifications advantageous, but not essential
