Responsibilities
- Install and configure commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in kitchen appliances and systems using technical manuals and diagnostic tools
- Repair, install, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems
- Produce estimates for cost of constructing and installing refrigeration systems
- Plan layout of pipes and controls
- Carry out quality inspection and testing after installation
- Provide functional and technical information to clients
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in the same industry
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Kitchen Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, problem solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Setup: Install and configure a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and ventilation systems. Ensure equipment is properly calibrated and meets safety standards.
- Maintenance and Inspection: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures to avoid downtime.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in kitchen appliances and systems. Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to resolve issues efficiently.
- Refrigeration Technicians normally repair, install and troubleshoot refrigeration systems.
