Role Overview

Commercial Analytics

• Analyze market, competitor, client, and transaction data to identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, and commercial recommendations.
• Analyze client portfolios and service usage to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and support targeted commercial campaigns.
• Use CRM, Power BI, and external data sources to produce actionable insights and revenue-focused recommendations.

Reporting and Stakeholder Partnership

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and reports covering pipeline performance, forecasting, revenue, win rates, and sales effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, CRM, Operations, and senior stakeholders to deliver analytics, support data governance, and improve decisions.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in commercial insights, business intelligence, strategic analytics, or sales enablement.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CRM applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial services trends, market dynamics, and commercial drivers.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent English communication, organization, resilience, and collaboration skills.
