Commercial HVAC Site Foreman

You'll receive competitive pay ranging from $40.00-$45.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.

We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:

Journeyperson Certification

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sheet metal installation or HVAC ductwork

Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, duct systems, and ventilation components

Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project plans

Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift heavy materials

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with job site coordination, project scheduling, and team supervision

Physical capability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials

Valid driver's license, clean driver’s abstract and ability to travel to job sites as needed

And who can manage these responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all HVAC activities on commercial job sites

Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Journeypersons and Apprentices
