About the Role
Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate project feasibility, profitability, financial risks, and evolving business conditions throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and control project financial performance including CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, liquidity, purchase orders, budgeting, forecasting, and overall commercial compliance
Prepare executive financial reports, commercial updates, forecasts, and project performance summaries to support strategic decision-making, project reviews, and stakeholder alignment
Partner closely with the Project Manager to provide commercial leadership across all project phases while proactively identifying financial risks, tracking project progress, and supporting mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and effective project execution
Support financial governance, internal controls, audit activities, and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and project management guidelines
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management, financial analysis, project controlling, business controlling, or a related finance role supporting complex industrial, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing projects
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial performance indicators including NPV, IRR, EBITDA, and Payback analysis
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, advanced Excel modeling, and data visualization/reporting tools including Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to independently manage complex financial analyses and reporting activities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and project priorities in a fast-paced environment
