- Assist with Charter Party Agreement reviews and client meetings
- Provide general support to the Commercial Manager
Requirements
- Already based in the UAE
- 2+ years experience in a commercial, tendering, or documentation role within shipping, offshore, marine, or logistics
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic commercial awareness; exposure to contracts or negotiation is advantageous

Role Overview
- Our client is a well established organisation within the maritime and offshore sector, recognised for delivering reliable commercial and operational support services across a global network.
- Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Commercial & Tendering Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of tenders, while assisting with wider commercial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tender documentation, manage procurement portal registrations, and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Review tender requirements, summarise key commercial and compliance points, maintain structured records of submissions, and support the monitoring of market trends and charter rates.
- Assist with Charter Party Agreement reviews, client meetings, and general support to the Commercial Manager.
Requirements
