Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies, governance frameworks, policies, and performance improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and growth targets
- Lead commercial transformation initiatives focused on sales effectiveness, pricing optimization, customer segmentation, revenue growth, channel performance, and go to market execution
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, business development, customer success, operations, supply chain, product management, pricing, and executive leadership to align commercial strategies with business priorities
- Design and optimize sales processes, customer engagement models, territory planning, account management frameworks, pipeline governance, forecasting methodologies, and commercial operating models
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue growth, gross margin, sales productivity, pipeline conversion, forecast accuracy, customer acquisition, customer retention, pricing effectiveness, and commercial profitability
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, sales performance reviews, profitability assessments, and business diagnostics to identify opportunities for commercial improvement
- Drive pricing governance, discount management, commercial policies, incentive programs, sales enablement initiatives, and performance management frameworks to maximize business outcomes
- Lead business process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and data analytics initiatives that improve commercial efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance
- Develop standardized reporting frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to support strategic decision making and performance transparency
- Utilize CRM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, business intelligence platforms, sales performance management tools, and analytics solutions to monitor commercial performance and generate actionable insights
- Prepare commercial performance reports, executive dashboards, business cases, market analyses, strategic recommendations, and board presentations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop commercial analysts, sales operations professionals, pricing specialists, business excellence teams, and cross functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Sales Management, Commerce, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, commercial strategy, business development, pricing, sales management, or related leadership roles
- 2+ years of experience managing commercial transformation initiatives, sales excellence programs, or cross functional commercial teams preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, sales operations, pricing management, revenue optimization, business analytics, customer segmentation, forecasting, performance management, and go to market strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, business intelligence tools, sales analytics platforms, and performance management solutions
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, financial acumen, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, facilitation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments

- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, sales operations, pricing management, revenue optimization, business analytics, customer segmentation, forecasting, performance management, and go to market strategies.
- Experience with CRM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, business intelligence tools, sales analytics platforms, and performance management solutions.
- Familiarity with AI powered sales analytics, revenue intelligence platforms, sales automation, digital commerce, customer journey optimization, and commercial transformation methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, financial acumen, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, facilitation, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
