Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy and annual sales plan
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and pricing strategy
- Set and achieve sales targets, forecasts, and commercial budgets
- Lead sales, business development, and major project bids, including Vision 2030 opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, and key customers
- Expand market presence and develop new sales channels across Saudi Arabia
- Negotiate commercial contracts and manage strategic customer accounts
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance to improve pricing, margins, and overall business performance
- Implement effective CRM, sales pipeline management, and commercial governance
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing commercial team
Requirements
- 12–15 years of commercial or sales leadership experience, including director level roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, pricing strategy, and margin improvement
- Experience in building materials, natural stone, construction products, or related industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi and GCC construction market with established industry networks
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and govern high performing commercial functions
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred)
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
