- Work across factory/production, design and finance group wide to ensure deliverable and profitable sales

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 8 10 years of commercial or sales leadership experience
- Experience in POSM, branding, retail production or advertising
- Proven experience managing sales teams

Job Purpose
- Drive revenue generation and client servicing for the market, build and lead a high performing sales team, and win business through value based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue generation: own revenue targets; generate new leads, meet clients and close deals. Sell on perceived value with a strong, compelling selling story rather than price.
- Pipeline health & sales discipline: own pipeline coverage, health and forecast accuracy; run a daily and weekly follow up cadence with the sales team; support them on the ground with leads, meetings and closings.
- Client servicing & domain expertise: service clients across POSM and retail production, agency/studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions, using deep category knowledge to advise and win work.
- Team development: recruit, coach, train and develop the sales team; keep every member on track against individual and team targets.
- Cross functional leadership: work across factory/production, design and finance group wide to ensure what's sold is deliverable and profitable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 8–10 years of commercial or sales leadership experience.
- Experience in POSM, branding, retail production or advertising.
- Proven experience managing sales teams.
