Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to achieve revenue growth and profitability objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial and sales teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Oversee the full commercial lifecycle including proposals, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal closure
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Creative teams to ensure commercially successful event delivery
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and commercial KPIs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities
- Prepare and present commercial reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive management
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across our events portfolio.
- Based in Riyadh, the Commercial Director will play a key leadership role in developing and executing commercial plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and delivering revenue and profitability targets.
- Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will align commercial objectives with the company's vision while leading high performing sales and commercial teams.
