Position Summary

  • We are looking for a driven, organized, and people oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our growing Dubai office and support our commercial and operational success across Italian Market, regional and international markets.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced hospitality and tourism environment and is passionate about travel, client experience, and commercial excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the Commercial Leader and wider sales team in daily commercial operations.
  • Ensure all client correspondence is delivered accurately and within defined service standards.
  • Maintain and update commercial databases, CRM systems, and client records.
  • Ensure smooth communication between operations, reservations, and sales teams.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, supplier documentation, and operational requests.

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, travel operations, DMCs, or commercial coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for travel, hospitality, and guest experience.
