About the Role
WestEast Living is hiring a Commercial Coordinator to manage quotations, client communication, and sales administration for luxury interior design projects. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably in interior design or fit-out, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue project quotations and cost estimates
- Coordinate with design, estimation and project management teams to gather project information
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain regular communication with prospective clients
- Manage daily client communication via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Monitor Instagram, Facebook and website enquiries and ensure timely responses
- Qualify new leads and schedule meetings with sales/design team
- Maintain and update the CRM system and sales pipeline
- Track quotation status and prepare weekly sales reports
- Assist with contract preparation and project handovers
- Support management with administrative and commercial tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative, commercial or sales support role
- Experience in interior design, construction or fit out is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred

- We are looking for a highly organized and commercially minded individual to support our growing team by managing quotations, client communication and sales administration.
