What You’ll Be Doing

As a

Retail & F&B Commercial Consultant

  • , you’ll advise landlords, developers, brands, restaurateurs and investors on leasing and acquisition strategies.
  • Your day-to-day will include:
  • Leasing and selling
  • retail and F&B units
  • across malls, high streets and mixed-use assets
  • Working closely with
  • restaurant groups, café brands, franchises and retail operators
  • Advising clients on
  • footfall, positioning, unit selection, rental strategy and market trends
  • Building long-term relationships with landlords, developers and business owners
  • Negotiating commercial terms and closing high-value transactions
  • This is a
  • commission-based role
  • , ideal for someone financially ready to take control of their earnings.
  • It’s not a traditional 9–5 — but for the right person, the rewards are significant.

What We’re Looking For

  • Driven, commercially minded professionals with a proactive approach
  • Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • **Retail and/or F&B leasing experience is highly desirable**
  • (but not essential)
  • A solid understanding of customer journeys, locations and brand positioning
  • A valid UAE driving license (or ability to convert one)
  • Fluency in English
