Role overview
The organization supports business growth through sales coordination, customer relationship management, market analysis, pricing support, and operational planning.
The Commercial Assistant / Specialist supports sales, business development, account management, pricing, reporting, customer coordination, and commercial operations.
The role is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily commercial activities across sales, business development, account management, and operations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, pricing documents, contracts, and commercial correspondence.
- Maintain records of customers, prospects, opportunities, quotations, orders, contracts, and commercial activities.
- Monitor sales pipelines, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
- Prepare sales, revenue, pipeline, customer, and commercial-performance reports.
- Assist with pricing, margins, discounts, promotions, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Research markets, competitors, customers, pricing trends, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, procurement, logistics, and customer-service teams.
- Track commercial documentation, renewals, deadlines, and purchase orders.
