Proven experience in a similar high impact analytical role.

Strong experience analysing digital performance across websites, apps or online customer journeys.

Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to connect performance data to revenue and business outcomes.

Experience working with large, complex datasets and models within a sizeable organisation.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and secure buy-in from senior leaders.

The ability to move from data analysis to insight, recommendation and measurable business action.

Experience partnering with Digital Product, eCommerce, Commercial or Marketing teams.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail.

Experience using web analytics tools, ideally Adobe Analytics

Experience with data manipulation and visualisation tools such as Databricks and Power BI desired.

Strong Excel skills and confidence manipulating and interpreting data.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for a variety of audiences.
