Combined role
We are looking for a multi-talented colleague to work with us in both an INA, TA3, and MDSA role.
The role will consist of INA work every morning, working with a child to support the provision in their EHCP.
The afternoon hours will consist of either supporting a class with their learning, or covering the teaching of a class.
Please be aware this post is linked to the child’s funding allocation.
What will the role involve?
We are looking for a gifted INA to join our school team to work with a pupil to support the provision in their EHCP.
working with pupils with complex needs including autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will:
You will be working alongside and supporting the class teacher and SENDCO to ensure a safe, stimulating and caring environment for the pupil you are supporting.
You will have high expectations of the students within your care, manage behaviour effectively and ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
This is a varied and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development.
