Identity & Security : SSO (SAML/OIDC), LDAP/AD, RBAC automation

Implement contract-first API integrations, webhooks, and event/notification patterns (email, Slack/Teams).

Establish workflow testing (unit/sandbox), peer reviews, and promotion between environments. Optimize performance: reduce long-running transactions, handle concurrency, and tune polling/async behaviors. Governance & Stakeholder Enablement

Contribute to governance maturity uplift roadmap and adoption KPIs.

4–7+ years overall in data management/engineering or platform automation; 2–3+ years dedicated to Collibra workflows and configuration. Strong proficiency with Collibra REST APIs , asset modeling, responsibilities, and community/role management. Experience with metadata/lineage concepts and automations; comfort with JSON, XML, CSV. Solid understanding of data governance , business glossary , policy/standards , and data quality processes.
