The Role
Lead accounts-receivable collection activities, improve cash conversion, manage collection teams, reduce overdue balances, and establish effective credit and collections processes.
Oversee collection strategies, receivables monitoring, escalations, payment negotiations, delinquency analysis, and cross-functional cash-recovery initiatives.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
- Employment type is full-time.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the collections function and develop strategies aligned with business objectives and credit policies.
- Oversee customer accounts, invoices, overdue balances, disputes, credit limits, payment commitments, aging reports, and collection plans.
- Manage collection-team targets, account assignments, productivity, performance reviews, coaching, training, procedures, and escalation controls.
- Handle complex customer negotiations, payment plans, settlements, repayment schedules, missed commitments, and escalated accounts.
- Coordinate with Billing, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Credit, and Legal teams to resolve disputes and recover balances.
- Reconcile customer balances, resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies, and maintain accurate account records.
