Collection & Product Director

Overview

• As Collection & Product Director, you will be responsible for the product vision, the development of collections and the coordination between the creative, technical and production teams.
• Based on the instructions and vision of the Artistic Direction, and in close collaboration with the CEO, you will be the operational conductor of our collections and will be involved in the entire product development cycle, from design to production.
• You will play a central role in structuring Fincut's product offering, ensuring the consistency of the brand's DNA, the quality of the products, the efficiency of the processes, and the adaptation of the collections to international markets in a context of strong growth and international expansion.

• Take into account the instructions of the Artistic Direction in order to guide the development of the collections in collaboration with the CEO.
• Oversee the entire product development cycle: sourcing materials, prototypes, fittings, technical validations and production launch.
• Ensure the consistency of collections with the brand's DNA, market trends and the company's development objectives.
• Collaborating closely with suppliers, factories and production partners, particularly in Asia and China, to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, cost optimization and monitoring of product development.
• Actively participate in the selection of materials, cuts, finishes and technical developments.
• Structuring and coordinating product and development teams in a high-growth environment.
• Implement effective processes to optimize collection tracking and communication between different departments.
• To actively contribute to Fincut's international development and e-commerce.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of pricing, cost prices and supplier negotiations.
• To support the strategic evolution of the product offering in line with international trends and markets.
