Collection Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and overdue balances.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collection.
- Contact customers through phone, email, and other appropriate channels.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on agreed commitments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and coordinate resolution of payment discrepancies.
- Escalate long-outstanding accounts as required.
