Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Collection & Reconciliation Accountant** with strong experience in handling **chain branch accounts, rebates, discounts, and trade promotions**, preferably within the **FMCG industry**.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile chain branch accounts accurately and on time
- Handle accounting of rebates, discounts, and trade promotions
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collections
- Maintain and review aging reports regularly
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams for reconciliation and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all receivable-related transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in **FMCG accounting operations**
- Strong knowledge of **rebates, discounts, and trade promotion accounting**
- Experience in **chain account reconciliation**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and clients
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
- Prior experience in FMCG industry is highly preferred
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
