Collation Lead - 2nd Shift

Role Summary

The Collation Lead supports the Supervisor in managing collation lines to ensure correct sequencing and count accuracy of cards prior to FMC.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct daily line setup and card sequence verification.

Monitor operator performance and correct errors in real time.

Communicate with Quality for spot checks.

Record output and downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:

2–4 years in collation or packaging.

Strong organization and detail orientation.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Frequent standing and visual work.

Exposure to fast-paced line activity.
