As a Cold Forming Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our precision manufacturing process, transforming raw metal into high-performance components used in critical industries like aerospace, automotive, construction and energy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-mechanical, high-impact environment where every part you form makes a difference.

• Operate and monitor cold forming machines and furnaces to shape metal components to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Set up dies, tools, and materials for each job run.
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
