- Equity compensation: 20%–30% equity based on experience, commitment, contribution, and ability to execute.

- Build and manage lead generation strategies.
- Create marketing plans and growth campaigns.
- Produce marketing materials independently.
- Acquire schools, colleges, coaching centers, educational institutions, and enterprise customers.
- Build strategic partnerships.

- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and market trends.
