Compensation

• Starting hourly rate of $26.73 with progressive increases over 3 years to current top rate of $32.02 (not including applicable premium(s).
• This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policy / program / plan, based on individual and company performance metrics.
